and Denise Smith,
Steward Board and Church Secretary. Also in attendance were
Robert Schweizer,
Vice President of Key Bank along with the Bank's attorney

and Douglas Stage, Esq.,
attorney for the Church. We are thankful to God for bringing us this far.
Next Saturday, July 7, 11:00 a.m. our ground
breaking service will take place at the site and shortly thereafter we hope to
begin construction.
Currently, the Historical Society of Warwick along
with Michael Newhard, Mayor, are working vigorously to move the sanctuary to
their property on Main Street in the Village of Warwick to preserve this 101 year old church as an
African-American museum. We are delighted and overjoyed that we have come
this far by faith to see our house of worship live on to tell the story of our
African-American heritage. To God be the glory.
